Kirsten is a highly experienced facilitator and consultant who
has been delivering leadership qualifications, training and management
consulting services for over 15 years.
She has extensive experience across a range of industry sectors in
Tasmania including the not-for-profit, manufacturing, agri-business and retail
sectors and has operated SCT since 2001.
Prior to starting SCT she worked in management and HR management roles
in the private and not-for-profit sector.
Michelle Swallow (BSW, FAICD) is a highly experienced facilitator, mentor and change manager. She is currently Director of Leadership and Change Consultants Pty Ltd. Michelle has been an active board member of a statutory authority and a number of not for profit boards.
She has a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (2014), a Diploma of Directorship (2007), a Bachelor of Social Work (1990), and Advanced Diploma of Management (2015) and is a Fellow of the Institute of Company Directors.
